What to include
A completed Loss Acord form is preferred. At a minimum, include:
- Policy number
- Policyholder contact info — name, phone, address, email
- Agent contact info — name, phone, address, email
- Detailed description of the loss
An adjuster will be assigned and will make personal contact after reviewing your submission.
For serious losses — call first
It is our preference that claims of a serious nature are phoned into IPG so we can escalate the loss immediately.
